Bien Manger

The intent of Bien Manger was to take advantage of the building’s architecture by bringing in natural light and using contemporary furnishings and accessories to highlight the concept of fresh foods straight from the garden to the table. This garden to table theme is incorporated not only with the exterior of the building but the interior as well. By incorporating gardens inside and outside the space the users of the space should feel like they are surrounded by the fresh organic food they will be using and eating. The concept is all about combining eco-friendly eating with a sense of community.
